You are here: Home » The RSS Marketing Diary » RSS Statistics » A 342% Increase in RSS Readership for NYTimes.com April 19, 2005 A 342% Increase in RSS Readership for NYTimes.com According to the latest New York Times press release, the NYTimes RSS feeds generated 5.9 million pageviews of their site in March, which represents a 342% increase year over year and a 39% increase from February. Need any more proof that RSS is growing strong? Of course, this is still only about a 1% of their total number of pageviews, but it's a good start, especially considering that the NYTimes.com aren't exactly going out of their way to promote their RSS feeds. Too bad they're not giving us an estimate of their RSS subscriber count.
