Make Your Design Sell: A New Book by Roger C. Parker

Not exactly RSS related, but still a must-read for any internet marketer out there.

Roger C. Parker, a good friend, has been moving the boundaries on "design that sells" for about the past two decades or so, giving concrete advice, tips and strategies for all that actually want to make their design SELL.

Yeah, design that sells. Not something you hear of too often outside of direct marketing circles:)

His latest book is no exception --- his 2006 view of designing for the sale, based on his 20 years of experience.

BTW --- before you start thinking this is a book pitch, click here to get Roger's 3 free PDFs with great design tips, from guerrilla marketing design to improving the design of your newsletter.

Anyway, the book, appropriately titled Design to Sell, focuses on using Microsoft Publisher to quickly and easily create great design. Not exactly my cup of tea (Microsoft Publisher), since I'm more of an Adobe guy, but his advice yet again is priceless ... you just need to apply it to other software (unless you're using Microsoft Publisher of course) and that's easy to do with his tips.

Oh, and the Amazon link:)

BTW --- just to clarify things: this isn't an affiliate link and I don't do mutual admiration societies.
