MarketingProfs Expose My 7-Step RSS Marketing Plan

Sometime last week MarketingProfs published an updated version of my 7-Step RSS Marketing Plan article, to promote the Virtual Seminar on RSS I'm doing for them this Thursday. Take a look here.

The amusing part is the online coverage the article is generating:

a] A Great Article on Building RSS into Your Marketing Plan ...
[The Quiet Revolution in Email Marketing]

b] Great RSS Intro Multi-Media
[Marshall Kirkpatrick]

c] Something in Japaneese:)
[ZEN's Extended Brain]

d] RSS Marketing Plan

[Steve Rubel's Micro Persuasion Blog]

h] Marketing With RSS - This Week's Notables
[Pencil Bros. Geology, Inc.]

i] Your 7-Step RSS Marketing Plan
[Permanent Customers]

j] And others ...

Why do I find this amusing?

Because the article is getting coverage from some sources that are highly relevant to my topic, but otherwise never bother to link to my articles:)

This is amusing Rok. Why do you think they're just now paying attention to you and your work? It is simply the added credibility via MarketingProfs? Or do you think it's something else?

Best - Michael

Rok, I think you're the greatest, but your posts sometimes get lost in my feed reader along with the 400 other feeds I'm subscribed to. When I found this article elswhere it was actually given increased credibility in my mind because it was you who wrote it. And you have lots of cred in my mind in large part because of your awesome podcasts. Speaking of which, what happened to those podcasts?

:)

Now I came off as if wining and crying:)

Nah ...

As for the podcasts, we will in fact continue with them, but need to get some time bearings first. Too much to do right now, unfortunatelly.

Actually, Rok, I am embarassed to say I didn't know you. But I've found MarketingProf's to be a great resource and a great source of blog fodder.

Your article title grabbed my interest and the article was well-written and, ironically, timely.

Thanks!

Funny how you became so much "better" in one day. You are suddenly link-worthy. lol!

Great job today with the seminar. I generated quite an RSS to-do list for myself...at one point, I was flagging every page in the handout for future reference.

In 1988 Roxanne Brown noted: "Thirty-two years after she attracted international attention for sparking the Montgomery Bus Boycott, Mrs. Parks's ardent devotion to human rights still burns brightly, like a well-tended torch that ignites her spirit and calls her to service whenever she is needed."
