You are here: Home » The Marketing Diary » Project Development: The Enlightened Salesperson » Waiting for Results ... Waiting for Results ... You send out the first mailing. You wait. You convince yourself not to look at the sales results just yet ... some more time passes ... you look ... Nothing much changed from the last time. You've made only a few new sales. You think. OK, let's increase the pot and give more value. You send out the second mailing to the same list, giving them even more enticement. Again, you wait. You try not to look. You keep saying to yourself: "It's all in Gods hands now, just be patient and see what happens." You're trying to be patient, but it's not working. You want to see ... And you do. The results improved somewhat, but nothing worth shouting about. You think it's only been three days, give them some time, and don't forget it's Summer. But still, a bad feeling in your mouth persists. For the first time since you started the project, you're starting to worry. Sure, your marketing plan is pages long and you have alot still to do ... but still, you are somewhat "down" ... it's because in your mind this campaign was supposed to be your greatest hit. It's not. But then, you think, no matter. There's still time. What has to happen, will happen. I have faith and I trust. Time to just let it go ... Everything's great! Related Articles -->
