A Great List of E-mail Marketing Vendors

I've been looking quite heavily in to different E-mail marketing vendors lately, as I'm planning on switching from my current system to a hosted solution.

Many reasons for that, but the most important one is that I want to switch to a reputable vendor that will have a positive impact on my delivery rates, or at least now have a negative one.

This list from MarketingProfs is certainly coming in handy.

BTW - if you have any recommendations, I'd be most happy to hear about them.

Hi Rok,

I've also switched to a hosted solution. Being a script person, this is certainly a departure but email is becoming such a sticky issue I just sleep better at night with a hosted solution.

After much reading of other people's opinion I've decided on aWeber. Can't say much for others in that list because I really didn't give others much chance. However I'm really happy with aweber, support is good too.

I am using Cooler Email for the most important newsletters and aweber for the "usual" autoresponders... aweber's deliverablility and features are less than CoolerEmail, but paying around 0,04 _ 0,05 PER MAIL is a pricy thing...

AWeber is still the #1 choice for a hosted solution.

SPF and SenderID support and a 97% delivery rate are the reasons I moved my list from a script on my site to a hosted app.

Spam filters block as much as 30% of permission email, especially those on a shared server.

If you want to learn more about spam filters I have an autoresponder set up with everything I have learned about spam filters in a short series.

It is free for the taking with no advertising.

The only product it endorses is AWeber.

AWeber is the best value and feature wise, hands down.

And since you're big on RSS, their automatic RSS archives for broadcast messages could certainly be of interest to you.
